Built for real caregiving. Designed for seniors & real life.
Peace of mind, designed for caregiving.

Caring for a parent should not feel like waiting for a phone call you’re afraid to answer.

It shouldn’t feel like checking your phone late at night, hoping everything is okay.
It shouldn’t feel like wondering whether today is the day something goes wrong.

Caregiver4me was built for that moment of uncertainty.

Caregiver4me is a software-first senior safety platform, delivered through a simple, one-button smartwatch, designed to quietly watch over the people you love when you cannot. It reduces emergencies, helps prevent wandering, and restores peace of mind, whether your loved one is at home, in the garden, or living in a care facility.

This is not another fitness watch counting steps and calories.
This is not a medical device covered in warnings and complexity.
This is not something your parent has to “learn.”

This is safety designed for real life.

It is a caregiver’s dashboard that works in the background.
It is reassurance without constant checking.
It is independence without isolation.

One platform that connects everything.
One app that shows you what matters.
One button that works when nothing else does.

Everyday protection, inside and outside the home.

Most so-called “senior watches” are just hardware with alarms.
They wait for something bad to happen, they are reactive!

Caregiver4me is different, we are proactive!

Caregiver4me is software that thinks like a caregiver.
It notices patterns.
It creates visibility.
It gives you time to act sooner.

The watch is simply the access point.
The app is the brain.
The system is the value.

And the outcome is simple:
Less worry.
Faster response.
More peace of mind for families who carry enough already.

Most people don’t worry all the time.

They worry in moments.

Late at night, when the phone is quiet.
During the day, when a call takes longer than usual.
When they realize their parent went outside and didn’t take their phone.

That’s the space Caregiver4me lives in.

Caregiver4me was built for the moments when you can’t be there, but you still need to know.

It’s a software-first senior safety platform, delivered through a simple, one-button smartwatch. It works quietly in the background, whether your loved one is at home, in the garden, or living in a care facility.

No constant checking.
No hovering.
No complicated routines.

This isn’t another fitness watch counting steps and calories.

And it’s not a medical device covered in warnings and complexity.

Your parent doesn’t have to figure anything out.
They don’t have to remember what screen they’re on.
They don’t have to make decisions in stressful moments.
They can’t break it by pressing a button! The button is meant to be pressed; it acts as a menu guide.

This is safety designed for real life.

Everything about Caregiver4me is designed to reduce friction.

One platform that connects everything.
One app that shows you what actually matters.
One button that works when nothing else does.

Most senior watches are just hardware with alarms that react, or that need a button pressed.
Sometimes it’s not even a watch its something that hangs around the neck, and it’s embarrassing, it stick out, it says, there’s something wrong with me.

They wait.
They react.
They assume someone else will notice.

Caregiver4me is different.

It’s software that thinks like a caregiver.

Caregiver4me works differently because it is built to observe change, not just trigger alarms.

Instead of waiting for a single emergency event, the system records everyday activity and health signals over time. That history matters. It allows caregivers to notice when something is slowly shifting, not just when something suddenly goes wrong.

That’s how patterns become visible.

- A drop in movement.
- Changes in heart rate or blood pressure trends.
- Repeated exits from a familiar area.
- Missed routines that normally happen every day.

Most devices alert you after something happens.
Caregiver4me gives you context before it escalates.

To the senior wearing it, this difference is invisible.

It’s a normal-looking watch.
Simple. Familiar. Designed specifically for seniors, not athletes or tech users.
No screens to manage. No menus to learn. No phone required.

The structure behind it is where the difference lives.

The watch is the access point that gathers information passively.
The app is where that information becomes organized and understandable.
Caregivers bring judgment, experience, and decision-making.
The system connects those pieces without adding work or complexity.

That’s what creates real value.

It provides earlier awareness and better decisions.

For families, the system helps you be proactive, not reactive.
For caregivers, it means faster, more informed responses.
For seniors, it means safety without loss of independence.

Most senior watches are built as hardware first.

A device.
A screen.
A few alerts.

And then everything else is left to the family to figure out. It’s complicated.

Caregiver4me was built differently.

We didn’t start with the watch.
We started with the decisions caregivers have to make every day.

Caregiver4me is built around a unified caregiver platform, an app, designed to bring the most important information into one clear place, without forcing families, caregivers or care facilities to juggle multiple apps, devices, or systems.

Everything works together, not separately.

Emergency response when something goes wrong.
GPS tracking and geofencing to notice when routines change.
Two-way calling for simple, immediate conversations.
Heart rate and blood pressure monitoring to spot trends early.
Medication reminders to reduce daily mental load.
Step tracking and activity motivation that encourages movement through confidence, not pressure.

All of this is managed through a single, intuitive app designed for families, caregivers and care facilities, not technicians.

No complex menus.
No guessing which alert matters most.

There’s a little set up at the beginning and then it’ll run smoothly.

The watch itself is simply the access point.

It’s a nice-looking watch your seniors like to wear.
It’s the one simple button they press, and they can’t break it by pressing it.
Press the button, you’ll see what it does…
It’s the quiet connection to all the features we mentioned above.

The real value is in the software.

That’s where information becomes insight for families, caregivers and care facilities.
That’s where the proactive alerts save lives.
And that’s where caregivers gain time to act sooner, with less stress.

Through the Caregiver4me app, caregivers can:

  • Set safe zones and receive instant alerts the moment they’re crossed, so wandering is noticed early, not hours later. This is meant for individuals who have alzheimer, dementia or other memory issues like Cognitive Impairment, Autism or just Normal Aging.

  • Monitor trends in heart rate and blood pressure, helping families spot changes before they turn into emergencies. The App shows trends and those trends help caregivers be proactive.

  • Receive emergency alerts in real time, whether a fall happens inside the home or outside on a routine walk. The Emergency alert automatically calls the first of the three numbers programmed into the dashboard. It cycles through the numbers until someone picks up, this is what we call a proactive system. It senses a fall and proactively calls out.

  • The emergency call feature also receives calls, there’s a whitelist feature and only caregiver phone numbers can call into the watch, when someone is having an emergency a caregiver can call the watch and it’ll pick up automatically allowing for 2-way conversation or a call to the ambulance. For example, a caregiver receives an emergency notification, they call the senior, it answers, we ask if everything is ok, we ask a once, twice, three times, there is no reply. We check their GPS location. The caregiver calls the Ambulance for emergency care, and the GPS location is shared.

  • Set medication reminders that actually get used, reducing daily stress and mental load for everyone involved.

Most importantly, the app replaces uncertainty with awareness.

It reduces daily stress by letting caregivers know what’s happening, rather than guessing and hoping everything is fine. Or hoping that the senior is conscious enough so they can press an emergency button.

This is not an app designed for technicians, nurses, or IT teams.
It’s designed for families / caregivers and care facilities who already have enough responsibility and want a proactive all-in-one solution vs. a piecemeal of solutions that are reactive.

With Caregiver4me Smartwatch, we can:

  • Inside the Home
A senior becomes dizzy while sick.
They fall on the way to the bathroom.
    The watch detects the fall.
    An alert goes out immediately.
    Help arrives sooner.

With Caregiver4me Smartwatch, we can:

  • Outside the Home
A senior goes to the garden without their phone.
    They feel tired.
    They press one button.
    A family member answers instantly.
    “No panic. Just help.”

With Caregiver4me Smartwatch, we can:

  • Wandering and Memory Loss
A loved one with dementia leaves a safe zone.
A notification appears on the caregiver’s phone.
A conversation happens before a crisis occurs.

These are not hypotheticals.
These are everyday realities.

With Caregiver4me Smartwatch, we can:

  • Care Facilities
A resident exits a defined area.
    Family members are notified.
    Staff are alerted.
    Everyone works together, faster.

Caregiver4me is designed for real caregiving situations.

That also means it’s not for everyone, and that’s intentional.

It’s built for families who want to know what’s happening, whether their loved one is living at home, transitioning into care, or already in a senior care facility. Regardless if they are part of independent living for fully cared for.

In the care home, either independent ones for those who provide full cared, the care providers there will have a full dashboard where they can see what’s happening to the seniors at their facility. That dashboard works along side the app you’ll have on your device so you can double check everything in real time.

It’s for families who want visibility without hovering, and reassurance without constant phone calls, worry, stress or anxiety.

It’s for people who understand that falls don’t always allow time to react.

If a loved one becomes dizzy, weak, or unconscious, they may not be able to press a button or reach a phone. Caregiver4me is designed to manage those moments with automated alerts, so help can be notified even when a person cannot speak or move.

Caregiver4me is also for families who want to see trends, not just isolated events.

Tracking patterns in activity, movement, and health indicators helps families notice changes early. This isn’t about surveillance. It’s about awareness. It’s about recognizing when something is different and responding with care.

CG4M is built specifically for:

  • Families caring for loved ones at home who want peace of mind while preserving independence.

  • Families whose loved ones are waiting to enter a care facility and need reliable monitoring during this vulnerable transition period.

  • Families with loved ones living independently, where safety needs to exist quietly in the background without taking away freedom.

  • Caregivers working in senior care facilities who want a single, unified solution that improves visibility and communication without adding staff workload.

  • People who want to sponsor a senior, helping someone access protection and connection even if they don’t have family nearby or the financial means to afford it on their own.

At the same time, Caregiver4me may not be the right fit if you are simply looking for a fitness tracker or lifestyle smartwatch. This system is not focused on step counts, workouts, or personal performance goals.

It may not be the right fit if you want a device that requires constant interaction, customization, or technical setup. Caregiver4me is designed to reduce effort, not add another system to manage.

And it may not be the right fit if you’re looking for something that replaces human care. Caregiver4me does not replace caregivers, nurses, or family involvement. It supports them.

If your goal is clearer information, fewer unknowns, and a system that works quietly in real life, this solution is built for you.

If your goal is a gadget, this probably isn’t it.

Designed to Stay On (Because That’s What Matters)

  • Adult Children

  • Care Facilities

  • Independent Seniors

  • Families Managing Dementia or Memory Loss

  • People Who Want to Make a Direct Difference

Caregiver4me is built for people who care, in very real, very human ways.

Adult Children
I just want to know they’re okay.

This is for adult children who live with quiet concern.

Adult children don’t necessarily want to be calling this parent 3 to 4 times a day to check on them.

Who checks their phone before bed to make sure that Mom, Dad, or an aging friend is okay?

Who wonders if their parent remembered their phone, took their medication, or made it back safely from a walk.

Who notices when a routine changes but isn’t sure if it means something or nothing?

Who hesitate before calling, not wanting to intrude, but not wanting to ignore that uneasy feeling either.

Who replay small moments in their head.

A missed call.
A message that went unanswered longer than usual.
A door left unlocked.

Who worry about the moments no one sees.
A slip in the bathroom.
Dizziness in the kitchen.
A short walk that takes longer than it should.

Who carry these thoughts quietly, because life is busy, distance is real, and checking in constantly isn’t always possible.

Caregiver4me exists for that space between concern and certainty - where most caregiving actually lives.

Caregiver4me gives them visibility without hovering, reassurance without constant calls, and peace of mind without taking independence away.

Care Facilities
We need better visibility without adding staff workload.

This is for care facilities facing real pressure.
Limited staff.
Rising costs.
Multiple disconnected systems that don’t talk to each other.

Caregiver4me provides a unified safety and monitoring platform that improves awareness without adding complexity, extra devices, or more work for staff. It supports residents, families, and caregivers through one system instead of many.

Independent Seniors
I want freedom without being a burden.

This is for seniors who still want to live their life.
Who want to go outside.
Who want to garden, walk, or move around freely.
Who do not want to carry a phone everywhere.

They want a 2 way call option for emergencies, they want to keep track of their heart rate and blood pressure rates, etc.

They want to track their activity.

Caregiver4me supports independence while quietly standing in the background, ready when it’s needed, invisible when it’s not.

Families Managing Dementia or Memory Loss
I need alerts before emergencies, not after.

This is for families who know that wandering doesn’t start as an emergency.
It starts slowly.
Quietly.
With a routine that changes.

Caregiver4me helps families notice those changes early, receive alerts when safe zones are crossed, and respond before confusion turns into crisis.

People Who Want to Make a Direct Difference
I want to help someone who needs this.

Caregiver4me is also for people who want to do something tangible.

Through this campaign, backers can sponsor a senior so they have access to this safety system, even if they don’t have family nearby or the financial means to afford it themselves.

You can sponsor:

  • A parent or grandparent

  • A neighbour or loved one

  • Or a senior we donate to directly

That sponsorship is not symbolic.

It puts safety on their wrist.
It puts connection back into their day.
It puts visibility into the hands of caregivers.
It simply shows love.

And it sends a clear message to a senior:
“You matter. Someone is looking out for you.”

Caregiver4me reduces stress, responsibility, and guesswork for everyone involved.

It supports caregivers instead of replacing them.
It protects independence instead of limiting it.
And it creates a system where care feels lighter, not heavier.

The foundation of the Caregiver4me app is already built and working.
The system exists.
The hardware exists.
Families are already using it.

This Crowd Funding Campaign is about making the experience even better.

With your support, we are focused on leveling up the software experience by:

  • Improving the app interface so it feels even more intuitive for seniors and caregivers alike, be it family members or care home facilities.

  • Adding clearer visual cues for actions that may not be immediately obvious, reducing confusion and hesitation in critical moments.

  • Enhancing alert logic and caregiver notifications so important signals stand out and unnecessary noise fades away.

  • Simplifying onboarding so families and care facilities can get set up quickly, confidently, and without frustration.

We plan on adding glucose monitoring, SMS Texting (Currently notifications are being delivered via email or emergency phone calls) & sleep monitoring, overstay alerts ( For example, a senior is in the bathroom for over 60 min or 90 min) and the additions we mentioned above.

Funding will help us present information in a way that’s easy to understand at a glance, allowing families to see how different changes connect instead of trying to interpret numbers on their own.

Looking at one metric in isolation can appear normal, while multiple metrics together can indicate that something is wrong.

For example:

  • Blood oxygen on its own may still be within a “normal” range

  • But when oxygen level is viewed alongside:

    • Elevated heart rate

    • Elevated body temperature

    • Reduced activity or restlessness

…the combination can signal stress, illness, infection, or a developing issue that deserves attention.

This is how trend-based monitoring works in practice.

What matters is not claiming diagnosis, but highlighting change and correlation so that family members and seniors can take action with their medical professional.

Scenario 1: Blood pressure looks “normal”, but heart rate is high
Example

  • Blood pressure: 130/75 mmHg

  • Heart rate: 98–105 bpm (resting)

What this means

  • The heart is not pumping efficiently with each beat

  • It compensates by beating faster

  • This is an early sign of declining cardiac function or heart failure

Why this is often missed

  • Blood pressure looks “fine”

  • Caregivers focus only on BP

When to worry

  • Heart rate stays high for hours or days

  • The patient feels more tired or short of breath than usual

Scenario 2: Blood pressure drops + heart rate increases
Example

  • Blood pressure: 95/60 mmHg

  • Heart rate: 105–115 bpm

What this means

  • Cardiac output is falling

  • The body is entering a compensatory stress state

This is much more dangerous in elderly heart patients than in younger adults.
Possible causes

  • Worsening heart failure

  • Dehydration combined with cardiac disease

  • Early cardiogenic shock

When to act immediately

  • Dizziness, weakness, confusion

  • Reduced urine output

  • Sudden fatigue

  • minimal activity

These are general scenarios and it’s important to note that CG4M does not replace a family or licensed medical support.

In other words, we’re not building from scratch.

We’re refining something real.

The foundation is built.
Now we’re leveling it up, together.

What Backers Receive

Backing Caregiver4me is not about buying another device.

It’s about being part of something that already works, and helping make it better, more accessible, and more human.

When you support this campaign, you receive early access to the Caregiver4me system, including the smartwatch and the caregiver app that families are already using to monitor, connect, and respond with confidence.

You receive discounted monthly plans, because we believe safety and basic care should be affordable, not treated like a luxury. From the beginning, this system has been priced intentionally so families can actually adopt it long-term.

You receive priority access to app updates and software improvements as the platform evolves. That means you benefit directly as we refine usability, enhance alerts, and improve the overall caregiver experience based on real-world feedback.

But what you receive goes beyond features or pricing.

You participate in a mission that protects seniors in real life.

By backing this campaign, you help strengthen a system that supports caregivers quietly, without adding more responsibility. You help improve technology that respects seniors instead of overwhelming them. And you help expand access to people who need this protection but may not otherwise have it.

For some backers, this means supporting a parent or loved one.
For others, it means sponsoring a senior who has no one checking in consistently.
For many, it means knowing they contributed to something that genuinely improves daily life for families and caregivers.

This is not about owning a gadget.

It’s about putting safety on someone’s wrist.
It’s about giving caregivers clarity instead of constant worry.
It’s about helping seniors live with dignity, independence, and connection.

That’s what backers receive.

And that’s why this campaign matters.

Caregiver4me was not created as a product idea.
It was built as a response to real caregiving moments.

Moments where families realized that hoping everything is okay is not a plan.
Moments where a fall, an illness, or a missed call changed how safety needed to work.

The team behind Caregiver4me comes from lived experience in caregiving, technology, and systems design. This project exists because we’ve seen how fragmented, reactive, and stressful senior safety can be for families and caregivers.

As founders, our role is not to chase growth at any cost.

Our role is stewardship.

That means being accountable for how this system works in real life.
It means protecting the dignity of seniors who wear it.
It means respecting the trust families place in us when they rely on it.

We are personally responsible for guiding Caregiver4me through its next stage, ensuring that improvements funded through this campaign are delivered thoughtfully, securely, and with care.

This includes:

  • Prioritizing clarity and usability over unnecessary features

  • Scaling responsibly, not aggressively

  • Communicating openly with backers and families

  • Protecting data and privacy under Canadian / International standards

  • Listening to caregivers and improving based on real feedback

Caregiver4me is not being built to replace care.

It is being built to support it, quietly and reliably.

As founders, we stand behind this system not just as a company, but as people who understand what it means to care for someone you love.

That responsibility doesn’t end when this campaign closes.
It’s where it continues.

Caregiver4me is not handed off once funding closes.

Accountability remains with the founders and leadership team who are already operating the platform today.

The same people who built the system, support families, manage fulfillment, and oversee data security are responsible for delivering on the commitments made in this campaign.

There is no third party taking over.
There is no anonymous team behind the scenes.
There is no handoff to an outside operator.

We are accountable for:

  • Delivering devices to designated seniors and caregivers

  • Rolling out the software improvements funded through this campaign

  • Communicating clearly and regularly with backers

  • Maintaining security, privacy, and system reliability under Canadian / International standards

  • Supporting families and care facilities as the platform evolves

Caregiver4me is an operating system, not a one-time product launch.

Funding this campaign does not change who is responsible.
It reinforces that responsibility.

Backers are supporting a system that is already live, led by people who remain accountable long after this campaign ends.

This project is personally overseen by
Odin Zavier & Dennis Li and the founders Team lead by David Wang of Caregiver4me, who are directly responsible for delivery, platform improvements, and ongoing accountability to families, caregivers, and backers after this campaign closes.

This campaign is not waiting on future manufacturing or untested production. It is focused on refining the software experience and expanding access.

What backers can expect is simple and clear:

  • Once the crowdfunding campaign is completed, designated seniors and caregivers in Canada / Internationally will receive their Caregiver4me devices within approximately 90 to 120 days.

  • We use expedited shipping to ensure timely delivery, especially for families and seniors who need this protection now, not years from now.

  • Software improvements and enhancements funded through this campaign will be rolled out through regular app updates, without requiring families to replace hardware or manage complicated upgrades.

Communication matters to us.

Backers will receive clear updates throughout the process, including:

  • Confirmation of fulfillment timing

  • Shipping notifications

  • Onboarding guidance

  • Progress updates on software improvements

Our approach is deliberate and responsible.

We are not rushing unfinished technology to market.
We are delivering a working system and improving it thoughtfully, with the people who rely on it in mind.

Care technology should feel dependable from day one.

That’s what backers can expect from Caregiver4me.

Your Are Helping Make This App Better

With your support, we are improving the software by:

  • Refining the app interface so it is easier to understand and use for seniors, family caregivers, and care facility staff

  • Adding clearer visual cues for actions that may not be immediately obvious, reducing hesitation during important moments

  • Improving alert logic so meaningful signals stand out while unnecessary notifications are reduced

  • Simplifying onboarding so families and care facilities can get set up quickly and confidently, without technical frustration

We are also expanding functionality to better support everyday care, including:

  • Glucose monitoring

  • SMS text alerts in addition to email and emergency calls

  • Sleep monitoring

  • Overstay alerts, such as when a senior remains in a bathroom or room longer than expected

  • Improved data visualization so multiple signals can be viewed together, making changes easier to understand at a glance

These improvements help caregivers see patterns instead of isolated numbers, and decide when it’s time to check in or take action.

We are not using crowdfunding to rush growth.

We are using it to refine what already works, so it works better for more people in real-world conditions.

Crowd Funding allows us to focus on practical caregiving needs, not marketing features or spec sheets. It lets us build alongside families, caregivers, and seniors who rely on this system every day.

With your support, we can:

  • Improve usability where stress and confusion are most likely

  • Strengthen caregiver alerts so response can happen sooner and with more confidence

  • Donate devices to seniors in need, including those without family support or financial access

  • Build momentum responsibly before larger rollout

Backers are not funding an idea.

They are helping improve a working system that already protects real people.

This campaign exists to make the software more intuitive, the experience more human, and the protection more accessible.

By supporting this campaign, you are not just backing a product.

You are helping refine a system that gives caregivers clarity and seniors dignity, in real life, every day.

Caregiver4me already works.

This campaign exists to make it smarter, clearer, and more proactive for families, caregivers, and care facilities.

With your support, we are expanding and strengthening the system in very specific ways:

  • Clearer, more detailed alerts
We are improving push notifications and SMS messaging so caregivers don’t just receive alerts, but understand them immediately. The goal never to have a confusing messages and more clarity in moments that matter.

  • A better, calmer app experience
We are redesigning parts of the end-user interface so caregivers, families, and seniors can see what matters at a glance. Less clutter. Clearer visuals. Easier navigation during stressful moments.

  • More health trend visibility
We are expanding monitoring features so families can track patterns over time, not just individual readings. This helps surface early warning signs and changes in routine before they become emergencies.

  • Expanded glucose monitoring insights
We are improving how glucose-related data is captured, displayed, and interpreted, helping families and caregivers better understand trends and potential concerns without turning the system into a medical device.

  • Proactive insights, not just reactions
We are integrating intelligent systems that help highlight meaningful changes in activity, health patterns, and behavior. The goal is to support earlier awareness, so families can act sooner instead of reacting after something goes wrong.

  • A dedicated senior care facility interface
We are building a streamlined interface designed specifically for senior homes and care centers. This allows nurses and caregivers to communicate seamlessly within the system, while families stay informed about what’s happening, without adding workload for staff.

  • Canadian-based data security and privacy
Caregiver4me is built and operated in Canada. All data is secured under Canadian / International standards and protected through multiple layers of security. Information is only accessible to authorized caregivers and family members, and it is never sold or shared.

This is not about adding complexity.

It’s about making caregiving clearer.
More proactive.
More connected.
And more secure.

Your backing helps us take a working system and refine it into something families can rely on with even greater confidence, every single day.

IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG, WHO FIXES IT?

If something goes wrong, we own fixing it.

Caregiver4me is responsible for the system we deliver.

If a device fails or stops working as intended, we replace it.
There is no troubleshooting maze and no finger-pointing.

Families and caregivers simply follow the return and replacement process outlined in the FAQ section of our website, and we take care of the rest.

This process already exists and is already in use.

It’s designed to be straightforward, respectful, and fast, because when safety is involved, delays and confusion are not acceptable.

Our responsibility does not end at delivery.

We remain accountable for:

  • Device reliability

  • Replacement when needed

  • Ongoing platform functionality

  • Clear communication with families and caregivers

Caregiver4me is a working system, supported by a real team, with real responsibility.

If something goes wrong, you won’t be left wondering who to call.
You’ll already know.

SUPPORT & HUMAN HELP

If a parent or caregiver is ever confused, real human support is available to help.

Caregiver4me is supported by a real team, initially our AI agent Jennifer will help you and when you need, you’ll be transferred to a real person. Please be patient with us, because quality service takes time. Families and caregivers can reach someone who understands the system and can guide them through setup, questions, or everyday use when needed.

Support exists to reduce stress, not add to it.

POST-CAMPAIGN UPDATES & COMMUNICATION

Backers will receive regular progress updates after the campaign closes, including fulfillment timing, software improvements, and key milestones, so you always know where things stand.

RISKS AND CHALLENGES

Caregiver4me is already built and in use, but like any physical product that combines hardware, software, and connectivity, there are factors we continue to manage carefully.

Our device is made up of many components sourced from a global supply chain. While we work with established manufacturing partners, lead times for specific chips or components can occasionally change due to availability, shipping delays, or supplier constraints.

We also operate within strict regulatory and certification requirements. Although our hardware and core systems have already been tested and validated, final certifications and approvals are required to ship devices at scale. In rare cases, these processes can take longer than expected.

In addition, software improvements introduced through this campaign are being added to a live system. While updates are planned carefully and tested before release, some features may be rolled out in stages to ensure stability and reliability for families and caregivers already using the platform.

How we manage these risks:

  • We work with multiple suppliers to reduce dependency on any single component

  • We prioritize software improvements that can be released incrementally and safely

  • We maintain buffer timelines for certification and fulfillment

  • We communicate clearly if timelines shift, rather than going silent

  • We already have an operational team in place to address issues quickly

Most importantly, we are not starting from a blank slate.

This campaign is about refining and improving a system that already exists, not inventing one from scratch.

If challenges arise, our responsibility is to communicate transparently, adjust responsibly, and keep families and backers informed every step of the way.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and for caring about the safety and dignity of seniors and the families who support them.

  • Lower effective monthly costs

  • Stronger continuity of care

  • Long-term device coverage and service stability

Sponsors may apply these plans to:

  • A designated senior (such as a family member or loved one), or

  • A non-designated senior, including seniors in need or those supported through Caregiver4me partner care facilities.

What all long-term plans include:

  • Caregiver4me smartwatch (no upfront device cost)

  • Ongoing membership during the supported period

  • SIM card with Rogers 5G network connectivity
